Do you live in Rhondda Cynon Taf?

The RCT Health Determinants Research Collaboration (HDRC) is asking local people about their experiences of contacting the Council — whether that’s finding information, accessing a service, making a payment or getting help with something you need.

Your experience matters. The survey is looking at what works well, what can be difficult and what could be improved to make it easier for people to access Council information and services.

At Citizens Advice RCT, we know how important it is that people’s experiences are heard, so we’re encouraging local residents to take part.

It only takes a few minutes to complete the survey.

With great power comes great responsibility... 🕷️

If you're eligible, make sure you get both MenB doses for the best protection. 💉💉🛡️

Is your child preparing to start university or college this autumn? 🎓

If they are under 25 and entering Undergraduate higher education or residential further education for the first time, they may be eligible for a free MenB vaccination.

Starting university often involves living, studying and socialising closely with new groups of people. In environments like this, certain bacteria can spread more quickly, including meningococcal group B bacteria that can cause serious illnesses, including meningitis and sepsis.

📅 Walk-in vaccinations available: 3 – 7 and 10 - 14 August
📍 Any Community Vaccination Centre across CTM

When attending, please remind them to bring:
• Their university or college offer (email is fine)
• Some form of ID

Encouraging your child to get vaccinated before term starts is a simple but important step in helping keep them safe.

Got your MenB vaccine invite yet?

If you're 17–18 and were born between 1 September 2007 and 31 August 2008, you’ll be invited to one of our Community Vaccination Centres this July.

The MenB vaccine helps to protect against meningococcal group B bacteria that can cause serious illnesses, including meningitis and sepsis.

These vaccination appointments will be held Monday to Friday in our Community Vaccination Centres between 21 – 31 July 2026.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please do not contact your GP Practice. Please get in touch with us using the below information:
