The part of my job I love the most has very little to do with the treatments themselves.
Itās the people.
Itās the conversations, the laughs, the stories shared in confidence and the trust that builds over time.
Itās getting to know the person sitting in front of me, not just what sheād like to change physically, but whatās happening in her life, how sheās feeling and what brought her through my door in the first place.
Sometimes a treatment might make a physical difference, but Iāve always believed that the impact can go much deeper than that.
Creating a calm, safe space where you can switch off for an hour, feel listened to without judgement and simply be yourself can have a profound effect on how someone feels.
And I feel incredibly lucky that, over the years, many of my patients have become people Iāve genuinely built lasting relationships with.
Iāve watched them navigate new chapters, celebrate milestones, become mums, change careers, rebuild confidence, laugh, cry and everything in between.
That connection is something I never take for granted.
So when a patient leaves a review saying that I made her feel at ease, that Iām knowledgeable and that she would highly recommend meā¦ it means so much more than five stars.
Because that is exactly what I want Kimberley Medical Aesthetics to feel like.
A place where you feel safe.
A place where you feel heard.
A place where you can be completely yourself. š¤
