This month marked an incredible milestone, 30 years of Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd providing care and support to our local community.
Over the past three decades, we have had the privilege of supporting over 2500 clients and their families by helping people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. This achievement would not have been possible without the commitment, compassion, and professionalism of so many people.
A heartfelt thanks goes to all of our carers, past and present. Your compassion, commitment, and hard work have been at the heart of everything we do. You have made a real difference to the lives of those you support and their families every single day.
We would also like to thank our wonderful clients and their families for placing their trust in us over the years. It has been an honour to be part of your journeys.
To our office & supervisor team, thank you for your tireless efforts behind the scenes. From coordinating care and supporting our carers, to responding to emergencies, solving problems and providing reassurance to clients and families, your commitment ensures that our service runs smoothly every single day.
We would also like to express our sincere thanks to the many professionals we have worked alongside, including Social Services, GPs, District Nurses, Occupational Therapists and other partner organisations. Your collaboration and support has been vital in helping us provide the best possible care to those who need it.
As we celebrate this anniversary, we reflect with pride on our past, appreciation for everyone who has contributed to our success, and excitement for the future. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you all so much for being part of our story. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together and look forward to continuing to serve our community with the same care, compassion, and dedication for many years to come.
