Tuesday starts off strong with our Seniors.

It’s never too late to start. Whether you’re returning to exercise after years away or looking to challenge yourself we are here .

Our classes concentrate on maintaining strength, mobility, balance, bone health and confidence so you can continue doing the things you enjoy for years to come.

What an amazing max out session yesterday with a lovely group of people. Some I’d just met that morning but all still cheering loudly.
Happy with my lifts, still chasing that 60 back down but the 59 felt good and jerks are feeling more solid overhead now I’ve adjusted my drive position.

All coached by and she’s going to be busy when we all compete in a couple of weeks.
A massive thanks to Robyn for capturing the videos and sending us the pre edits. Excited to see the final footage of us all.

Suitable throughout pregnancy and beyond. The minimum is 6 weeks post birth to join but everyone is different so please get in touch for more information.

Tuesday = Teen Fitness

I’ve had in some of these young ladies in classes since 2019 so it’s definitely an end of an era feeling now a couple are branching out to college.

I’ll miss our crazy conversations, catching up on all the school drama and googling the random questions they ask that I don’t know the answer to!

I’m feeling very proud of them all and how far they’ve come. I know how hard you’ve all worked towards your exams even quizzing each other whilst in the gym.

It’s been such a privilege watching your confidence grow, seeing friendships form and watching you all become strong, kind and determined young women.

No matter where life takes you next, I’ll always be here cheering you on 💪

A blast from the past - February 2016.

Over the years I’ve mentioned I’ll get back into weightlifting when xy and z falls into place.
It’s definitely been a stressful and busy few years, there’s no denying that but truth be told I think I was scared. Scared to fail because ten years ago I was able to plan my life around training, nutrition and adequate rest.
Ten years on I feel like I should be stronger, leaner and more dedicated but the reality is no matter how much I love training it’s not my number one priority anymore. The two tiny(ish) humans in my life, my business and my social life all take priority these days!

I’m learning that strength looks different at 38 with a family, a business, responsibilities and a full heart.

So here’s to starting again, without the pressure of who I used to be 🏋️‍♀️

Amazing to be lifting alongside these ladies this morning.
Some could say they bullied me to put this class back on, but I’m so glad they did as I loved every minute of coaching and lifting today 🏋️‍♀️

Will 2026 be the year I step back onto the platform?
Who knows and quite honesty I’m not making any promises, my body might hear me and think an injury is more fun 🙈

What I do know is that I’m going to stop making excuses and realise what I achieved pre children was fantastic but a lot has changed and I’m much more time poor and sleep deprived now.
Training for two hours a day six days a week isn’t achievable at the moment. I need to focus on what I can achieve, with the time and tools I’ve got now!
