Feeling the need to step away for a few days?

I’m hosting a Somatic Yoga Retreat in Devon — 4 days to slow down, breathe, and come back into your body: 25th - 28th June 2026

This isn’t about pushing or performing. It’s a gentle, guided space to:
– unwind your nervous system
– reconnect through somatic yoga, breath, and rest
– spend time in nature (with sauna + pool woven in)

Set in the quiet beauty of the Devon countryside, with nourishing food and a small, intimate group.

Last week, we gathered at Santillán Retreat near Malaga for a beautiful yoga journey. It was a rich and spacious time full of laughter, sweat, deep rest, and meaningful connection.

I believe it left something quiet and alive in all of us…

January Newsletter... a lot is going on!💫

January arrived with a precious fullness here.Weekly yoga classes began, Somatic Intuition courses opened, and we returned from our Winter Yoga Retreat in Devon—followed closely by a Constellation Retreat in that same beautiful place.
