This Saturday we are in the Old Deanery gardens for this amazing day. All the best practitioners will be gathering to give you access to some wonderful practices you may have thought of having a go but didn’t get round to or nervous too.
I’m booked in with Kelly for massage and reiki 😀 and will be getting on as many classes as I can!

After a fantastic weeks rest I will be back tomorrow. Thankyou to Frayah, Carrie and Stevie for holding the helm. As you can see I managed some Yoga with my nephew , amazing student, and a restorative legs up a palm tree 🥰

I am taking a break next week.

Just a reminder that there are 4 weeks each year where classes are not charged:
• 1 week in June
• 1st week of September
• 2 weeks at Christmas

However, due to classes being cancelled over Easter and because I also have two Wednesdays off during this period, the following classes will still be running with cover teachers:

Friday 5th June – Stevie
Monday 8th June – Stevie
Wednesday 10th June 10:30am – Frayah
Wednesday 10th June 6pm – Carrie

These are all amazing teachers and I know you’ll really enjoy their classes 💛

My last class before the break is Tuesday 2nd June and I’ll be back on Thursday 11th June.
