You may have gone through a life changing experience, which could be grief or loss related, had breakdown in your relationship, at a crossroads in your career, you may be feel

ing lost, lacking direction, purpose or motivation; or you may just need some time out for you to just completely rest, relax and rebalance. Inneflow can help you by holding a therapeutic space for you, where you can emotionally let go, and then grow using holistic coaching techniques, Reiki which is a natural complementary, non intrusive energy based 1-2-1 therapy and Sound therapy which can be done 1-2-1 or you may join a group Soundbath Meditation session. All of which can help you feel more relaxed, reduce stress and anxiety, relieve aches and pains as well as allowing you to grow personally and spiritually.

Just a couple of days before our outdoor event on the decking of the beautiful place eight venue in Swanbourne and if we need it we have wonderful awning that we can use, while still being close to nature.
