A little appointment reminder ❤️
all appointments must be confirmed when requested via sms from Fresha. Unfortunately, any appointments that aren’t confirmed may be released and offered to somebody else/ cancelled by us.
We’ve had an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows recently, and while we completely understand that sometimes life happens, we do need to protect our therapists’ time.
Our lovely team are self-employed, which means when an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or somebody doesn’t show up, they simply don’t get paid for that time.
We all have families to support, homes to run and bills to pay, so please respect the time that has been reserved especially for you. ❤️
As much as we LOVE what we do and genuinely wish we could do it for free… unfortunately, we do need our wages 🤣
Thank you so much to the huge majority of our clients who always confirm, give us plenty of notice and respect our time. We appreciate you more than you know! 🥰
