In 1938 Charlie was born in Hampshire. He joined the army in 1959 and was posted in Wales . He was moved to Scotland then finished his time in Germany.
Charlie is one of our long staying residents at Beechwood lodge. Who is a right character and loves winding the staff up. And from serving in the Army treats people with respect.

At Beechwood lodge we like to do activities daily. Todays activity was arts and crafts. Crepe paper sunflower. Choosing there favourite colour tissue. Crumpling up and glueing them onto the picture and using glitter to finish it off. This activity is relaxing and lets our residents be creative.

Our beechwood Friday afternoon activity was taken outside in the cool breeze with the lovely Tracing Steps Claire. Where we had fun with our residents in listening to music while enjoying arm chair exercises, using some props and singing. Thanks claire enjoy every session x
