Huge thanks to DB Design for putting together a flyer to promote my live theatre shows about serial killers, psychopaths and crime scene analysis!

It’s been incredible to see this grow from no more than an idea into a series of sell-out performances with such an amazing audience reaction!

Having relationship problems?

You’re not alone.

According to Relate, 25% of people are in distressing relationships, characterised by issues around s*x, money, trust and communication.

Here are ten common reasons, in no particular order…

1. Poor communication

2. Trust issues

3. Lack of intimacy

4. Incompatible life goals

5. Financial stress

6. Unresolved past issues

7. Jealousy and insecurity

8. Lack of quality time

9. Emotional neglect

10. Power struggles

All relationships have their ups and downs, so if even if you’re experiencing any of these issues - the chances are you don’t need me. But if the problems are ongoing or debilitating, then a psychologist may be able to help.

If you decide you need more than just time to heal or leave a problematic relationship, I’m a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society with a Doctorate in Psychology who can offer you support.

I live in Rainham, have an office in Rochester, and I offer consultations in person, on the phone, or online.

What type of Psychotherapy would help you most?

I’m often asked this question, and this article (www.verywellhealth.com/types-of-psychotherapists-5188864) offers a helpful guide, however there’s a lot of overlap between approaches.

The article states that “there’s no consensus on how to group psychotherapists by type, but it may be helpful to think about them as divided into several camps when you’re trying to decide what type you need”.

Helping clients decide the right approach for them is part of my role as a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society, and I’d be pleased to find ways for you to cope with emotional issues and overcome unhealthy behaviors or thinking patterns.

With a Doctorate in Psychology, I live in Rainham and have an office in Rochester. I offer free consultations and I’m available in person, on the phone, or online.
