Known as the Buddha’s Triangle in acupuncture. This 3 point combination is known as an energetic “hug” to the central nervous system. In my practice, patients often tell me they can’t explain the feeling after treatment, but they feel emotionally lighter, more grounded and less overwhelmed. I love using this point combination when I feel it is needed.
