Being a tiny part of someone’s journey towards finally having their baby will never, ever get old.

This is why I do what I do. đŸ€

A failed embryo transfer is heartbreaking.

One of the hardest parts is often hearing that everything looked “perfect”... yet nobody can explain why implantation didn’t happen.

The reality is that implantation is incredibly complex.

A healthy embryo is essential, but it’s only one piece of the puzzle.

The uterus also needs to be receptive, with the right hormonal environment, good blood flow, balanced inflammation, adequate nutrient status and a healthy vaginal and uterine microbiome.

Can nutrition guarantee implantation?

There are no guarantees, BUT it can help support many of the factors that influence whether the body is ready to welcome an embryo.

If you’ve experienced failed implantation, you deserve more than simply being told to “try again.”

Sometimes the next step isn’t another cycle.

Sometimes it’s taking a step back and asking:
Is there anything we can optimise first?

Every fertility journey is different, and your story could help someone else feel less alone.

If you’ve been through a failed embryo transfer, were you ever given an explanation for why it didn’t implant? Or were you simply told to “try again”?

I’d love to hear your experience in the comments.

On World IVF Day
 this is my why đŸ©·

My why for everything I do.

Our family wouldn’t have happened without IVF. It took a few attempts, and when we added in the nutrition and lifestyle aspect, everything clicked into place.

I now have the privilege of helping others navigate their own fertility journey and supporting them to optimise their fertility, whether they’re trying to conceive naturally or through IVF.

We’re thankful every single day for this incredible medical treatment. đŸ„°

‘Nuts for nuts’. Yes, I really do say this to my clients.

And before you scroll past to send this to him, stick with me for a second.

S***m takes 74 days to develop. That means what he eats right now is directly influencing the s***m that matters in around three months. Most have no idea, and most aren’t eating nearly enough of the nutrients that make a real difference.

The good news? It doesn’t have to be complicated. A small handful of the right nuts daily is one of the easiest changes he can make and the evidence behind it is solid.

All nuts bring something to the table, but walnuts, Brazil nuts and almonds have the strongest research behind them for s***m health specifically.

Swipe to see why each one matters and how to make it genuinely effortless to do every day.

Save this and send it to him. The 74-day window means starting today counts.

And if you missed my Eggs for Eggs post that one’s worth a read too.

DM me or head to the link in my bio if you’d like personalised support for him, or for both of you as a couple.

‘Eggs for Eggs’ I always say this to my female clients.

Eggs are one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat when you’re trying to conceive, but the reason I prioritise them isn’t just for their protein content. It’s choline.

Choline is essential for egg quality, early embryo development and reducing the risk of neural tube defects, yet most women aren’t eating nearly enough of it.

Two eggs gives you roughly 250-300mg. The adequate intake for women is 425mg daily, and some research suggests women trying to conceive need more.

The rest of the egg pulls its weight too. Vitamin D, B12, selenium, folate and a complete amino acid profile. All in one food (which is also pretty cheap to buy) amazing!

The yolk is where all this goodness lives. Please don’t ditch it, eat the whole thing.

Swipe to see what’s actually in an egg, why choline matters so much for fertility and how to fit eggs into your day practically. If you don’t or can’t eat eggs we can get choline in other ways so don’t worry, just get in touch.

Save this one — it’s worth coming back to.

Stay safe in this heat.

Keep hydrated with plenty of water and adding an electrolyte can help too.

Don’t forget foods: watermelon, cucumbers, citrus fruits, lettuce - you can add all these to a nice salad 😜 will hydrate you too.

Supplement recommendations are one of the most time consuming parts of my work, and for good reason.

Because getting them right isn’t just about choosing the best nutrients for egg quality, s***m health or hormone balance. It’s about making sure they are safe and appropriate for each individual person.

Some of the most commonly recommended fertility supplements can interact with medications.

Others need to be carefully timed. And some medications deplete key nutrients over time, meaning the very thing you’re taking to manage a condition could be quietly working against your fertility at the same time.

Metformin and B12. Thyroxine and iron timing. Blood thinners and high dose omega 3. Biotin and thyroid test accuracy. These are the kinds of interactions that matter and that require proper clinical consideration before any recommendation is made.

And beyond medications; every protocol I build is informed by test results. Not assumptions. Not generic lists. Actual data specific to that person.

Because the right supplement at the wrong dose, at the wrong time or alongside the wrong medication isn’t just ineffective — it can be counterproductive.

This is the level of detail that goes into every single client protocol I build.

If you’d like that level of support for your own fertility journey, just get in touch. Choosing the supplements can be a minefield and I’m here to help.
