THE SURGERY IS CLOSED ON THE FOLLOWING DATES LISTED FROM 1PM ONWARDS FOR OUR MONTHLY PLT MEETINGS (STAFF TRAINING).

Please contact NHS 111 and your local pharmacist if urgent assistance is needed from 1pm onwards on the following dates.
