Please be aware that a generic text message has been sent out this morning to every registered patient asking that they continue to use our online triage system, Anima. We are getting a lot of patients saying that they do not have mobile phones or internet access and the message advises that although you can still call in to speak to a receptionist for them to complete triage form on your behalf, the demand for this is increasing so patients may experience delays.
This IS a genuine message sent out from the practice and does not relate to any specific appointments that patients may have.
