There’s a version of me that wants to be everywhere for everyone, and for a long time I tried to be.

For now, I’ve made the decision to stop taking on *new* patients.

Any new consultation booked into my diary will now go to .laross . Ellie has trained alongside me for years, she even treats me personally, and I trust her completely with the people who come through our doors. You are in exceptional hands with her.

We’re also so glad to have Nurse Clair back with us. Between Ellie and Clair, our patients will keep getting the care and time they deserve, even as we grow.

If you’re already one of my loyal patients, nothing changes for you. I’m still here, and you still have me. 🩷

This is about making sure that we can show up properly for every patient who trusts us with their skin and their confidence.
