-Focuses on speech and reduces background noise interference.

What could be improved
- Not ideal for asymmetrical losses or severe - profound hearinglosses.
- More colour choice!
- Amplifies for a set level so will not accommodate changes to hearing thresholds exactly especially if the change is quick

It' s best to keep the earcanal and eardrum dry if

- Prone to infections on exposure to water.
- You have a perforation which has not healed/closed over
- You have a grommet/T-tube in your eardrum. For ventilation/aeration and drainage of fluid out of the middle ear (region behind the eardrum connecting the ear, nose and throat)

Custom swim plugs could help with this.
