15 sessions a week over 5 towns and tuday at our District meeting I acheived all the team awards for June

I’m incredibly Proud of every member who makes groups what they are . I provide the passion , motivation, inspiration and support for every member to believe in themselves and acheive their personal weight loss goals

I constantly strive to make groups a safe space woth no judgment , no humiliation , just constant support , kindness and friendship
For all members .

My own health in June was at an all
Time low so prouder than ever that with the continuous suooort of everyone , groups haven’t just managed to run but have excelled
18 years in the role , our weight loss plan has adapted over the years but our weekly weight losses per member are at an all time high , and every member is supported in group , steeped in understanding the psychology of slimming .

Our group format has changed , our language has changed but our results are truly life change for members,
As they hit their targets
And are still supported to maintain for life
