🚌 Transport: Free parking is available in the car park and on surrounding roads, and the park can be accessed by bus (routes 7, 21, 25, 29, and X30) and train (Prittlewell station).

🎒 What to Bring:
- Your own picnic lunch (strictly no nuts due to allergies) and blanket
- Suncream, hats and any other sun protection you may need
🥤 Water will be provided and additional refreshments are available to buy from the park café.

We’re delighted to share Sarah’s news
So well deserved, Sarah is an asset to our team and we look forward to welcoming her back with her new skills

Essex nursing student Sarah Mather has been awarded the Chief Nursing Officer Student Excellence Award for the Eastern Region, a prestigious NHS England honour recognising the exceptional contribution student nurses make while still in training.

Sarah was full of praise for the friends, NHS colleagues and lecturers who have supported her journey to becoming a registered nurse. As she says: "It takes a team to make the nurse you want to be."

Presented in a surprise ceremony, the award celebrates Sarah's dedication, compassion and commitment to nursing.

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in men aged 15 to 49, but when it's found early it's highly treatable.

Get to know what's normal for you and speak to your GP practice if you notice:
🎾 a lump or swelling
🎾 a change in size, shape or firmness
🎾 pain or discomfort
🎾 a feeling of heaviness in the sc***um.

Checking regularly only takes a minute and could make all the difference. This Wimbledon, don't just watch the balls. Check yours too.
