J U L Y 🌞🌊🦀🐚

It feels so good to let the joy back in.

We pretty much lived at the beach and watched so many sunrises and sunsets.

Slow, sacred summer in full effect ✨

Making space to soak it all up, with gratitude in every drop

✨ AFTERGLOW ✨

Your September self is already thanking you for booking this.

Summer is for making memories, but it’s also a season of big adventures, busy diaries and (let’s be honest) empty wallets.

Afterglow is your invitation to celebrate everything summer has offered, before gently welcoming the slower pace of autumn. No pressure to ‘transform’ or ‘reset’, just a beautiful day to move, create, connect and exhale.

We’ll spend the day with:
🌞 An opening circle & seasonal yoga
🥗 A relaxed community lunch (bring a dish to share)
🧿 A bead-making workshop with Beads-on-Sea 🌊
✨ Reflection, group Reiki & meditation

I’ve intentionally kept this retreat at £49 because I know how expensive summer can be. I wanted this to feel like something more people could say yes to - not an indulgence, but a well-deserved pause before the seasons change.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to do something just for you... this is it.

Sunday 20th September | 10.30am–3.30pm | £49
📍Ashingdon Church Hall (indoors & outdoors!)

I’d love to share this day with you.

Spaces are limited - Booking details in bio 🎟️

Some inspiration & reminders as we begin a slow, soft summer.

Lately, I’ve been noticing the moments I run from my grief in favour of something more comfortable. Keeping busy to avoid the pain or the truth. Then there are the times I make space to really feel it; to sit with it, explore it, and let it move through me. Like lifting the lid just enough so it doesn’t eventually boil over.

And it’s interesting how we don’t just do this with grief. We do it with so many big emotions, pushing them aside for another day.

Let’s consider joy.. When was the last time you gave yourself permission to fully revel in it? To soak in the excitement, the wonder, the gratitude, the pride, and to let it fill you completely?

This season, I’m choosing to honour all the feels. The good, the bad and the ugly. Making space to be with them, embody them, welcome them, and to ultimately let them go 🤍

Never seen before footage! 🚨

A woman resting. Unapologetically.

My camera was so shocked by this inactivity that it didn’t know what to focus one! But more importantly, I have learnt to step back from perfectionism and high functioning productivity to feel the need to go back and shoot it again. Now that is growth ☺️

Many of us are living in a state of ongoing output.
Work. Relationships. Care responsibilities. Emotional labour. Life admin. Internal pressure to keep everything moving..
Over time, that becomes normal.
We learn to override exhaustion.
We learn to ignore early signs of burnout.
We learn to treat rest as something we earn later.

My upcoming retreat, Return to Rest, interrupts that pattern.

It creates space to pause, regulate, and begin to unlearn the ways we’ve adapted to cope.

Held in community with other women doing the same work.
Because this is not just individual depletion.
It is shared conditioning.
And it can be unlearned together.

This retreat is for you if:
🔸 You feel exhausted but can’t see a way out
🔸 Your nervous system feels stretched, reactive, or in fight-or-flight and you’re ready to come back into balance
🔸 You feel guilty when you stop or rest
🔸 When you do rest it doesn’t feel restorative, it feels unfamiliar or hard to access
🔸 You’ve been living in patterns of overworking, over-functioning, or perfectionism
🔸 You’re ready to make the radical choice to prioritise your rest

Return to Rest | Feb 2027 | The Cotswolds

This retreat has come out of a very simple observation:
Many women are exhausted, and still feel guilty for resting.
Guilty for slowing down.
Guilty for needing space.
Guilty for not constantly producing, holding, or being available.
Somewhere along the way, rest stopped being a basic human need and became something we have to justify.
And that shift has quietly taken a toll.

This retreat is a return to rest; and a re-education in what rest actually is.
Not as a reward.
Not as a luxury.
But as a foundational part of health, regulation, and wellbeing.

It is a yoga and wellness retreat designed to support women in coming out of depletion and back into balance; physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This is not about optimisation or self-improvement.
It is about restoring what has been worn down by long term over-functioning.

It is a space to stop overriding your body’s need for recovery.

Our days will flow through spacious guided practices, shared meals, and a collective reading experience, held alongside expansive time for rest, integration, and simply being.
The design is intentional, so that what is offered can actually be received.

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is required. Everything is held.

If this sounds like something you need, comment REST and I will send you the full retreat booklet. If you know someone who would benefit from this held space, please pass it on 🧡

A note on availability:
Just over half of the places have already been booked.
The group is intentionally kept small so the experience remains spacious, supported, and unhurried.
There is still space if you feel called to join ✨

If Rocket Yoga makes you think ‘That’s definitely not for me!’ this one’s for you 👀🚀

Yes, we play.
Yes, we challenge ourselves.
No, you don’t need to be able to do a handstand, the splits or any pretzel poses!

These are the phrases you’ll hear on repeat in my classes because I want Rocket to feel encouraging, playful and accessible, not intimidating.

Come as you are. Take the variation that works for your body. And if you wobble or fall? You’re in good company 😉

Which slide made you smile the most?
