For me, supervision is one of the most important relationships we have as therapists.
It isn't somewhere to report what happened in the counselling room. It is a space where we can think together, be curious together, celebrate what is going well, and safely explore the moments that leave us uncertain.
The best supervision is both relational and accountable. It offers warmth without collusion, challenge without judgement, and enough psychological safety to allow us to keep growing throughout our careers.
Whether you are newly qualified, an experienced practitioner, or a supervisor looking for supervision of your supervision, my aim is always the same: to create a relationship where you can bring your whole professional self, reflect deeply, strengthen your practice, and leave feeling clearer than when you arrived.
Alongside general counselling practice, I have particular interests in:
• Neurodivergence and neurodiversity-affirming practice
• Professional practice in the changing world
• Working with children and young people
• Clinical supervision and the development of reflective practitioners
• Relational and humanistic practice
I am an NCPS Senior Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor, a contributor to the NCPS Good Practice Guide to Supervision, and I remain passionate about helping therapists continue to develop with confidence, integrity and curiosity.
If you're looking for supervision that is thoughtful, relational, ethically grounded and genuinely supportive, I'd love to hear from you.
