I arrived really troubled by a back and rib injury and had a minor meltdown as a result of it. Ugh! Matthew took it all in his stride and set about straightening me up.
It’s hard to get your head around what he does but it definitely helped me. I left feeling tons better - both physically and emotionally after he worked his magic.
