We had such a lovely time last week at our monthly Memory Café, with Mary leading a relaxing, gentle chair yoga session.

Taking place at Hornchurch Library, it is always a warm, welcoming space where older adults can catch up, share stories, and feel part of a community that understands their journey.

Our Care Professionals help clients attend regularly, even when confidence dips or routines feel overwhelming.

We support with transport, conversation, and encouragement, ensuring no one has to miss out on the friendships and stimulation these sessions offer.

For many families, knowing their loved one is still socially connected brings huge relief.
