ST Therapy is now out of office while I spend some quality time with the kids during the summer holidays.

What an incredible few days we've had in Croatia! 🇭🇷
It's been such a proud experience watching my son train alongside some of the very best karate athletes in the world. The dedication, hard work, and passion on display have been truly inspiring.
Tomorrow is competition day, and we're all excited to see him step onto the mat and give it his all. 🥋💪 Wishing him the very best of luck!

This time away is extra special as I'll be supporting my oldest son as he competes in the WKF World Karate Championships in Croatia 🇭🇷🥋.

We are incredibly proud of him and excited to cheer him on as he represents himself on the world stage.
