These sound simple π right?
It takes a skilled clinical practitioner to be able to set a rehabilitation plan that is individual to you.
It then takes further skill to be able to correctly adjust that depending on you, your injury,π€ where you are at with your progress ποΈββοΈ (or not π) the specifics of your goals π€ΊπββοΈβΉοΈββοΈπ€ΈββοΈand how far to push you without causing damage.
Rehab is complex, injury is complex, people are guess what ... complex !
So a practitioner that guides you through step by step with correct progressions and regressions (especially while communicating this to you effectively to not destroy your confidence - a whole other post for another time !) Is worth. their. weight. in. gold. β
Don't underestimate how hard a good rehab / strength / return to sports fitness plan is when set properly. And not simply copy and pasted from Google for every single client π±π
