Looking for a professional clinic space in Romford?

At Havering Health Rooms we're proud to support both start-up and established healthcare, wellness and aesthetics businesses by providing flexible, fully equipped treatment rooms in the heart of Romford.

We have four clinical rooms available to rent on an hourly, half-day, full-day or regular weekly basis. We also welcome enquiries from practitioners looking for a permanent full-time clinic.

Our clinic is already home to a range of professionals including podiatrists, osteopaths, medical aestheticians, nutritionists and PMU artists, and we're always happy to welcome more clinicians and therapists.

All rooms are licensed by Havering Council and include clinical waste and sharps disposal, so there's no need to worry about the extras. You'll receive secure digital access straight to your phone, your clients can use our entry phone system, and everything is set up to provide a clean, professional environment from the moment they arrive.

No expensive overheads. No long leases. No setting up a clinic from scratch. Just book your room, see your clients and leave the rest to us.

You'll find us at 27 Quadrant Arcade, right in the centre of Romford, just a short walk from Romford Market, The Brewery and the station.

✨ Meet the Founder ✨

Hi, I'm the face behind Havering Health Rooms.
I'm a proud Romford resident, born and raised, and I'm incredibly passionate about supporting both our local community and the healthcare professionals who serve it.

The idea for Havering Health Rooms came from spotting a gap in the market. I wanted to create a purpose-built space where healthcare professionals could establish and grow their businesses in a professional, welcoming environment. Whether you're a physiotherapist, osteopath, podiatrist, counsellor, medical aesthetician or another health practitioner, my vision has always been to provide the foundations for thriving local clinics.

By bringing more independent healthcare services into our community, we can help improve access to care and ease some of the pressure on our incredible NHS.

Alongside running Havering Health Rooms, I'm a healthcare student with aspirations to study Nursing, specialising in Learning Disabilities. That passion comes from a very personal place. I'm a mum to three amazing children, one of whom has Kabuki Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder. She has taught me more about resilience, compassion and advocacy than I could ever have imagined, and she's the reason I'm pursuing a career dedicated to helping others.

I'm also a Permanent Makeup Artist and Aesthetic Practitioner, so caring for people has always been at the heart of everything I do. Whether it's helping someone feel confident in their appearance or creating opportunities for healthcare professionals to flourish, I genuinely believe everyone deserves exceptional care.
If you know me, you'll know I do everything with energy. I work fast, talk fast, and live life to the fullest!

Outside of work, you'll usually find me in the gym, planning my next adventure, or making memories with my family.
