Happy Friday! 🎉🎂

We’ve had a lovely day celebrating Catherine’s birthday, and what better way to mark the occasion than with plenty of fun, creativity and a little bit of friendly competition! 🥳💐

Our residents enjoyed getting creative with some fantastic shell painting — with some truly fabulous masterpieces produced! 🎨🐚 There were plenty of smiles, laughs and a few very serious artistic decisions along the way!

We also had lots of fun with our washing basket game 🧺😂 — proving once again that you don’t need fancy equipment to have a great time! There was plenty of laughter, cheering and some very competitive players!

A big Happy Birthday to Catherine from all of us! 🎂❤️ We hope you’ve had a wonderful day filled with smiles, laughter and lots of lovely memories.

🇯🇲💚💛🖤 Celebrating Jamaican Independence Day! 🇯🇲

Today we came together at the care home to celebrate Jamaican Independence Day with a wonderful afternoon filled with music, culture, laughter and delicious Jamaican-inspired treats! 🎶🍛

Our residents and staff enjoyed celebrating the rich heritage and vibrant spirit of Jamaica, sharing memories, stories and plenty of smiles along the way. ❤️

It was a fantastic opportunity to come together, celebrate diversity and enjoy a little taste of Jamaican culture right here at the care home.

What a week we've had! 🎉 We've been keeping busy with plenty of laughs, from whipping up tasty treats in our baking sessions 🍰 to getting our wiggles on with armchair workouts 💪. The biggest hit? Our brand-new game, Table Top Scoop! Safe to say it had everyone smiling, laughing, and getting wonderfully competitive. The residents thought it was scoop-tacular fun, and we can't wait to play again! 😊

Another month.. another quiz, organised by our wellbeing champion. ❤️

Rachel likes to test staff knowledge in particular areas and likes to give prizes to those who have answered correctly.

She is not only a wellbeing champion, she is a kind, fun, empathetic member of the team who we are all proud of.

We had some very special visitors at Woodley Grange on Tuesday! 🦙💚

Our residents were delighted to spend time with some friendly alpacas, and there were plenty of smiles, cuddles, and laughter throughout the day. Animal visits are always a wonderful way to bring joy, encourage conversation, and create lasting memories.

A huge thank you to Wendy at Alpaca Adventure who made this fantastic visit possible. It was a truly memorable experience, and our residents are already looking forward to the next one!
