🪷 our lovely Nikki | Yoga Teacher is on holibobs adventuring around until 20/09 so will be back in a few weeks

🪷 Carey Downer is back from her travels so Saturday morning Qi Gong is back on!

🪷 Alice Burt is working on something gorgeous for us but we’ll need to wait for next month…

Today we took ourselves into Romsey town center to busk 🪘🌞🛸 sharing a little message of peace and hopefully serenading a few people into taking a moment to slow down.

Our drum circle has ventured out into the park over the summer months, and somewhere along the way we had the idea… why not take it into town and share it with everyone? 🤣

It was so sweet watching people stop for a moment, listen, smile, chat to us, or simply hang around for a little while. A tiny interruption to the rushing around. A little music, a little connection, a little peace. 🙏

Honestly, sooo much fun. You’ll definitely see us out there again. 👀 Lynda you were right, town center was the way to go

Otherwise, come and join us for our next Drum Circle on 28th August and keep your eyes peeled for a little sound journey coming to the studio soon… 👀

And Lynda and Matt, thank you so much for being so open, creative, funny and explorative. I’m so grateful for you both, and soooo excited for all the gorgeous things we’re creating together. 🫶💛
