Faye runs regular retreats and workshops, drum circles, singing circles, group sound and gong journeys, shamanic journeying to the drum and a glorious workshop/retreat to free your voice and do intense healing work around discovering your soul blueprint which is carried in your voice. Faye's medicine hand drums and rattles are mostly made to order specific to each individuals energy and requirements. Drums can be made using either deer or pony hide at 13" (beautiful travelling or child's drum)15" or 18". Hoops are made from the wood available at the time. Faye works in a sacred way, ceremonially, honouring the spirits of both the animal and the tree throughout the birthing process. These drums will carry elements of each individual's energy and medicine as Faye works specifically with that as she does with the spirit of the wood and the animal. As soon as you tell her that you wish her to make you a drum, the healing work begins and will continue throughout the process. Free Your Voice, Sound Your Soul is a powerful 4-part series of deep somatic and shamanic day-retreats designed to systematically unblock, release, and manifest your authentic expression.

• Labyrinth Outbound (Manifest): Step back into the world guided by a second channelled instrument, speaking your future into existence.
• Ancient Grounding: A concluding pilgrimage to sit inside the hollow, living cavern of Much Marcle’s famous 1,500-year-old Churchyard Yew Tree.
• Nourishment: A cozy autumn lunch of home-cooked soup, bread and cheeses.Herbal teas throughout the day.

And this week I had a beautiful, deep healing session with my amazing friend, colleague and Queen of Queen's, Ramanja online.

Light codes, clearing, a bug removal, healing. I went deep. I highly recommend this luminous medicine woman, both in person and online. Ramanja is grounded, gentle but strong, full of love, humour and compassion, completely connected, wise and in tune. She walks her talk. No fluffy bypassing here. 🥰🌹🙏🏽 She offers various online dietas as well and in person healings and Queen Activation workshops as well as other beautiful offerings. Take a look 🙏🏽

Last week I gifted myself a much needed morning of nurturing and healing. Of giving back to myself.

I went for a cacau, rose, sobada massage and rebozo treatment with the beautiful medicine woman Tati YogaYātrā in Malta. It was intense, deep, profound. I felt so held and safe and I was able to be vulnerable in her presence because of this. This is not often possible for me.

My maternal ancestors came in as I processed some lineage traumas through my womb and kidneys. Many tears were shed. It was cathartic. I spent the remainder of the day processing, being gentle with myself and integrating.

Tati is the most beautiful, gentle and compassionate woman and is devoted to her craft. She works with rose and cacau and all the divine mothers, especially Magdalena. She is totally tuned in to you and what is going on for you and has a beautiful voice. When she sang mamma cacau's medicine song I got goosebumps and tears. 💛

To all my beauties that come to Malta in retreat or to visit. I highly recommend Tati for a treatment. She also offers reiki and yoga.
