Well done to everyone that took part - I know there were a lot of PB’s and quick times 🏅

A few recents of clients smashing their rehab 🤌

Early stage achilles rehab for a runner - bent leg calve raise (soleus raise)

Early stage MCL rehab for a footballer - banded ADDuction

Early stage knee rehab for patella tendon with a netball player - isometric staggered wall sit

Knee rehab for a runner - banded knee extension with internal rotation to target the outer quads

End stage achilles rehab for a runner - single leg plyometric work

Plantar heel pain for a footballer - isometric lunge position heel raise

Huuuuge congratulations to Danča Macháčková Naušová who completed the 3 day long course weekend at Tenby last weekend!

For those of you that don’t know the Tenby course, it’s INCREDIBLY tough and I think is unofficially the toughest in the UK 😬

Friday 🏊‍♀️ Swim - completed the 2km in 40 mins

Saturday 🚴‍♀️ Bike - completed the 93miles in 6hrs20

Sunday 🏃‍♀️Run - completed the 13.1 miles in 1hr40

We had a couple of sessions before the event for various niggles and massages, and yes she’s already booked in for some well deserved recovery sessions 🙌

These are the kind of athletes I love working with - pushing themselves to do the best they can and taking on ridiculous challenges like this.
