✨ Communication is key! ✨

Just a little reminder that communication is so important. We can all get wrapped up in our own little worlds sometimes, busy with life, worries, work, family, and everything else that comes our way. In doing so, it’s easy to make assumptions instead of having a conversation.

If people could read minds, life would be easier… but then we’d all be in trouble when someone asked, “What’s for tea?” and the answer was, “I don’t know!” 😂

At the end of the day, we’re all human, doing our best and learning as we go. None of us have it all figured out, and that’s okay. Every day is a chance to grow, understand each other a little better, and communicate with more kindness and patience.

💜 Talk kindly.
💜 Listen fully.
💜 Ask questions.
💜 Be honest.
💜 Never assume.

A simple conversation can solve what a thousand assumptions can create.

⏰ Please note that this week only, the session will run from 10:00am – 11:00am instead of our usual afternoon time, as I have a personal appointment later in the day.
