Once a month this wonderful place does a friendship lunch (lovely food!) and today they had me there to for a singalong afterwards. Great food, great company and a great afternoon.... we will sleep tonight 😅🎶✅️🙂 Thank you for having me 💜

Iv been doing lots of networking this week and today i had a little chat with Ed Clancy OBE 🚴‍♂️about how we can make our home region of South Yorkshire a more healthier place to live. A good start was Rotherham United Community Trust's United For Change which willl bring lots of opportunities for lots of people and i cant wait to be involved. It was great meeting Ed although he has well lost his Barnsley accent tha nos... 🙂✅️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴
