What makes you happy? 🤍✨

For me, it’s the little things… moving my body, travelling, spending time with people I love, and creating moments where I feel like me.

Looking after yourself isn’t just about the big things — sometimes it’s taking a moment to slow down, reconnect and do something that fills your cup.

I’m so grateful to be in a space where I can help others do exactly that through Reiki and massage 🤍 Creating a calm space where people can take time for themselves will always be something I love.
