✨ Just a little heads up… the new diary is on its way! ✨

Private clients: I’ll be getting in touch during the first week of November to confirm that you’d like to keep your regular appointment slot for next year. 👣💅🏼💆🏼‍♀️

Business clients: If you’d like to make any changes to your pre-booked sessions for next year, now is the perfect time to let me know.

For example, you may want to:
✨ Extend your existing sessions
✨ Book regular staff wellbeing sessions
✨ Swap a beauty package for a holistic/relaxation package — or vice versa

I’ll be in touch soon, but if you have any questions or would like to discuss your bookings in the meantime, please get in touch:

📞 07957 477117
📧 [email protected]

Thank you, as always, for your continued support. 🤍

In such a content phase of my life..
Definitely found the key to happiness, the simple things and enjoying alone time ✨

an autumn walk kicking leaves 🍂🍁
Watching the squirrels
Listening to the birds sing
The sun on my face reading a book
Watching my plants grow from seeds
Big bubble baths and early nights
Lay ins cuddling my cats
Having a c***r (or 3) with my boys at our local
Spoiling my mum and doing things she loves
Spending quality time with my friends
Planning kind things for people I care about
Receiving lovely feedback from my clients

These are things that make me happy and content
If I think about my life over ten years ago 😳

I hope you all find your peace ✨❤️

THIS IS FOR YOU ✨
You are important. Your feelings matter. 🤍
You are worthy of care, love and kindness. 🤍

As an holistic therapist, I believe true wellbeing comes from caring for the whole you — mind, body and soul. 🤍
