✅ Code of Practice: we follow professional standards regarding the care and storage of the deceased, facilities, and clear pricing
✅ Inspections: we are subject to independent inspections and checks from the association and welcome any visits from the local council or other organisations
✅ Complaints: we have access to the NAFD Resolve dispute service if a complaint arises and have a clear policy to follow ourselves and for our families
✅ Always striving to make the difficult times that little bit easier for our families however we can and help in any way we are able, both at the time and in the future 💜🙏🏻

So sorry for the rant

The news about that "company" in Hull makes my blood boil. I won't even use the words "Funeral Director" in connection with that individual!

We care for loved ones with dignity and respect after sudden and tragic loss.

We try to help families find peace after difficult times dealing with long illness and dementia.

We try to guide decisions when grief feels overwhelming.

We speak on our families behalf when they can't find the words.

We work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Our own family waits so yours is never alone in moments of sadness.

Every single service we create is done so with as much care and attention to detail we can provide.

Every single person who comes into the care of our family is treated with as much dignity and respect as is humanly possible , the deceased stay with us through the entire process. Great care is taken to record every detail so that even afterwards we can check in on the family and help with “settling in to a new way of life“ ❤️

We do all this not out of obligation, but out of deep respect for those who entrust us with care of their loved one.

This is not simply a job ✍🏻
It is our responsibility 🙏🏻
It is our privilege 🎩
It is our honour ❤️
