10 years in skin. Here’s what I actually do differently on holiday.

Running a skin clinic for a decades means I’ve seen what sun, heat and travel really do to skin — and it’s changed how I holiday.

A few things I never skip:

✈️ SPF reapplied every 2 hours, not just once in the morning — most sun damage happens from the top-ups people forget

✈️ Hats are my new BFF, took me a long time, but I’ve finally found hats i actually love wearing (and not just tolerate)

✈️ Hydration inside and out — a good moisturiser does nothing if you’re not drinking enough water too

✈️ No new products while I’m away — holiday is not the time to test your skin’s patience

✈️ A proper skin plan before I go, not a last-minute panic — which is exactly why I built the Skin Clarity Consultation in the first place
