Weighted Eye Masks for Sleep and Relaxation

Looking for a little extra comfort when you want to relax, unwind or get a good night’s sleep?

My weighted eye masks are handmade with a soft, removable cover and a separate inner pouch with your choice of filling:

Wheat
Flax seeds
Lavender
Chamomile

The mask consists of a soft outer cover and a removable weighted insert. The cover can be easily removed and washed.

The wheat and flax seed inserts can be cooled in the freezer or gently warmed in the microwave.

Many people find the gentle pressure of the mask, together with heat or cold therapy, soothing when experiencing headaches or migraines, helping them to relax and feel more comfortable.

These masks are also perfect for rest, meditation, relaxation or simply getting ready for sleep.

The masks shown in the photos are made from incredibly soft, fluffy faux-fur fabrics, including beautiful animal-inspired designs such as zebra, leopard and dalmatian patterns.
