When the grey paint on our windows and facias started to fade and the company kept ignoring our calls to rectify it within the 10 year warranty we found another amazing company do change the colour to black. Our front door also melted with that 38 degree heat we had that one day the composite came away from the wooden part of the door (still in warranty) and the brothers company who fitted the door ignored the messages again. I rang the manufacturer of the door and was told they use a better glue now but told me I’m not their customer the person who fitted it was and so the warranty lies with them not us. Anyway we’ve managed to find 2 lovely companies for our new front door replaced Doublesure Home Improvements and who have sprayed the rest of the house to tie it all in. Very professional services provided by both teams, thankyou ❤️
