🌟 Good Luck, Rebecca & Daniel! 🌟

This weekend, our wonderful team member Rebecca and her husband Daniel will be taking on the Big Hike in support of Cancer Research. They have raised a massive £1,250 between the both! AMAZING!

We are incredibly proud of their commitment to such an important cause. Their dedication, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile to help others truly reflects the values we cherish.

Challenges like this take determination, resilience, and a big heart, and Rebecca and Daniel have all three in abundance. 💙

Please join us in wishing them the very best of luck and showing your support as they embark on this inspiring journey. Let's give these two a massive round of applause and cheer them on every step of the way! 👏👏

💙 In Loving Memory of Our Fathers 💙

This Father's Day, we invite you to take a moment to remember and honour the fathers and father figures who are no longer with us.

From 15th–19th June, our Memory Board will be available in the main office for anyone who would like to leave a special message, share a memory, or simply write a few words in remembrance of their loved one.

As a small token of remembrance, visitors are also welcome to take a packet of Forget-Me-Not seeds to plant and cherish in memory of someone special.

We hope this provides a meaningful space for reflection, remembrance, and celebration of the fathers who continue to hold a special place in our hearts. 💙

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our D-Day Remembrance Service.

It was wonderful to come together as a community to reflect, remember, and pay tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of those who served during the Second World War.

We are grateful to all who attended and helped make the service such a meaningful occasion. Your presence ensured that the legacy of those who gave so much will continue to be remembered and honoured.

🌟 A Gentle Reminder 🌟

If you wrote a message on our Memory Board during this year's Open Day and would like to keep your tag, it is available for collection from the cemetery office.

The Memory Board has been a wonderful way to share thoughts, memories, and messages in honour of loved ones, and we know many of these tags hold special meaning.

We will keep all tags safely until the end of the year, after which any uncollected tags will be respectfully removed. We have around 25 tags, if you are unable to collect, but would like us to save the tag for when you can come and collect, just let us know and we can do that for you :)

If you would like to collect yours, please feel free to visit us during office opening hours.

Whether you're visiting a loved one, enjoying a quiet moment of reflection, or simply appreciating nature's beauty, the Rose Gardens are looking especially spectacular at this time of year.

Did you know we offer memorial towers for children?

We have a beautiful butterfly granite memorial tower located in East Herringthorpe, providing a special place to remember and honor the little ones.

Plaques for this memorial tower will currently be available at a discounted price.

If you would like any more information, please get in touch and ask to speak with our memorial consultant, David. We understand that this can be an upsetting so we would like to offer any support where we can.

We would like to thank everyone who attended our Memorial Open Day on the 23rd and 24th. It was wonderful to welcome so many visitors and give you the opportunity to speak with David about the memorials and gardens we have available.
