🏆 WHAT A NIGHT! 🏆

The awards just kept coming last night! 🎉

A huge congratulations to one amazing couple who picked up their ⭐ Club 10 ⭐, ⭐ 2 Stone Award ⭐ and ⭐ 3 Stone Award ⭐. What a fantastic achievement! Even better, they’ll be jetting off on holiday feeling lighter, healthier and full of confidence. Have the most amazing time – you’ve absolutely earned it! ✈️☀️

And then there was our incredible 5 Stone Award winner! ❤️

Earlier last night, before group started, she told me she was ready to quit if the scales didn’t show a loss. After battling through the rain on a run this week, staying focused and refusing to give up, she stepped on those scales and achieved an incredible ⭐ 5 STONE AWARD ⭐! 🏆

Just imagine if she’d stopped.

That’s why we keep going.
That’s why we trust the process.
That’s why we never let one difficult week decide our future. ❤️

So proud of every single member who walked through the doors last night. Whether you picked up an award, lost half a pound, stayed the same or simply showed up when life was busy, you’re moving forward.

12 years ago I took a chance on something that would completely change my life… and honestly becoming a Slimming World Consultant has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made ❤️

What an absolute privilege it is to support people through their weight loss journeys, celebrate their victories, pick them up on the tough weeks and watch confidence grow week after week. Seeing members transform their lives not just physically but mentally too is something I never take for granted.

I’ve met the most incredible people through Slimming World and I’m so grateful for every single member who has trusted me to be part of their journey. Whether it’s someone losing their first pound, fitting into old clothes again, improving their health or simply smiling more those moments mean everything.

I’m also incredibly thankful to Slimming World themselves for believing in me, seeing my potential and trusting me to live and represent this amazing brand for the last 12 years. Helping people feel real good truly is at the heart of everything we do ❤️

And if you’ve ever sat in group thinking “I’d love to do what Shaun does” maybe this is your sign 👀

Slimming World is always looking for warm, caring and supportive people who want to help others change their lives while building something amazing for themselves too. It’s hard work, emotional, rewarding, hilarious and honestly unlike any other role out there.

Inspired by a member today and it’s turned into one of those really feel-good, on-plan days 😄

Started with eggs on Jason’s sourdough, topped with beans and Heck pork strips… such a satisfying way to kick things off

Got a big, super spicy chicken and spinach curry bubbling away ready for later with cauliflower rice 🔥

And I’ve been out getting organised for Sunday dinner too… lamb steaks with plenty of speed free veg ready to go 🥦🥕

This is what I love about Food Optimising. Proper food, full of flavour, nothing boring and still completely on plan

And after such a fantastic group this morning, it’s just made the whole day even better 🙌

Had a really lovely morning at the church coffee morning today.

Such a warm, welcoming group and a genuinely nice way to spend a few hours chatting with people in the community.

Thank you so much to Julie and the team for the invite and for making me feel so welcome.

It’s mornings like that which remind me what this is really about… helping people, having real conversations, and being part of something local.

Gillian, tonight is all about you ❤️

Tonight was one of those moments I’ll never forget. Gillian has officially reached her target, losing an incredible 2 stone 10.5lb and I honestly couldn’t be prouder of her.

Gillian has been with me pretty much from the very beginning of my Slimming World journey. She’s seen it all, the highs, the rebuilds, and those really tough covid years where everything felt uncertain. And through all of that, she stayed. She believed. She kept showing up.

Covid hit Gillian hard. Not just once, but a few times, and it really took its toll on her health with complications that would have made most people stop, pause, or give up. But not Gillian. She never gave up on Slimming World and more importantly, she never gave up on herself.

Week by week, she kept going. Quiet determination, consistency, and that inner strength that you just can’t teach.

And tonight, it all paid off ❤️

To see her hit target, smiling, proud, and standing tall honestly means the world.

And it doesn’t stop there. Gary, her husband, has also lost over 2 stone himself. What a team. What a household. Completely embracing the plan and changing their lives together.

Gillian is living proof that this isn’t just about weight loss. This is about healing, rebuilding, and giving your body what it truly needs through the power of real food and support.

I am beyond proud of you Gillian. You’ve shown what sheer determination looks like and you’ve inspired more people than you probably realise.

Sue. Where do I even start ❤️

5 stone gone. Let that sink in for a second. What an achievement.

But honestly, it’s so much more than the weight. Sue is one of the kindest, funniest people you could ever meet. The sort of person who lights up a room without even trying. Somewhere along the way she’s gone from member… to friend… to genuinely feeling like family. She’s a huge part of my social team and I honestly see her more than some of my actual relatives 🤣

Her health has completely transformed too. Better mobility, so much fitter, and she’s even stopped smoking which is just incredible. She’s fully embraced Food Optimising and made it part of her life, not just something she dips in and out of.

And this is so Sue… she grows her own vegetables. Of course she does. Because she’s that thoughtful, that giving, and that invested in doing things properly. She would do anything for anyone without hesitation.

I’m beyond proud of you Sue. Not just for the 5 stone, but for the person you are every single day.

Absolute superstar 💫

🌟 HUGE CONGRATULATIONS VANESSA 🌟

What an incredible achievement… 5 and a half stone gone!! 🤯👏

Vanessa has absolutely transformed her lifestyle. She’s embraced being more active, become so much fitter, and is living proof of what happens when you fully commit to Food Optimising 💪

And the best bit? She’s still living her life… enjoying fabulous days out and walking her two dogs while smashing her goals 🐶❤️

She is STILL flying and already has her sights set on her next milestone… just 5lb away from an amazing 6 stone loss! 🔥

I am honestly so proud of everything she’s achieved. The consistency, the mindset, the lifestyle change… it’s next level 🙌

And it doesn’t stop there…

A massive shoutout to Vanessa’s dad, Paul, who is also doing brilliantly. 1 stone 5lb down and just 9lb from target! 👏👏
