What I've done this week!

Its been a busy week with lots of enquiries, home visits and work behind the scenes to improve the business.

👂I visited a client who didnt have wax but was suffering from an ear infection which was missed by the last person who cleaned her ears out, I spoke to her GP who promptly prescribed ear drops.

👂I visited a Client who had a lump on her ear canal- I sent a photo to her GP to that this can be looked into.

👂 My best moment of the week was when I removed a large amount of wax from both ears of a client with dementia....the smile on her face and her saying 'that's better' made my heart melt.

When you choose waxxaway for your ear wax removal, you are not getting someone who will simply remove wax from your ears. You are getting a registered nurse who can recognise when things aren't quite right, can refer and send images if needed to your GP and most of all, someone who cares greatly about the work they do and recognises the impact that ear wax can have.

Hi everyone, I've been quiet on here over the past few months as life has been busy! September has brought some big changes into my life with my eldest now away travelling ✈️and my youngest has started school 👩🏼‍🎓

I just wanted to let you all know that I am still here and now have increased availability for appointments!
I have lots planned for waxxaway and will be sharing regular posts to keep everyone updated!

Wow! What a busy month May has been. I've seen more than double the amount of clients I usually see. I always try to fit people in even if it's on a bank holiday. Thank you to everyone who has used my services and who has recommended me to friends and family. Here's to a just as busy June!

I am officially a clearwax recommended specialist.

Mrs Jo Robson-Collins provides a home visit service only. I have over 10 years of clinical nursing experience and am fully trained in ear irrigation and microsuction. I am a Registered General Nurse, and my business is regulated by the CQC as required.
