One of the hardest parts of grief is that the world keeps moving while yours feels completely different.
People often think grief is just sadness, but it can be exhaustion, brain fog, anxiety, guilt and loneliness… sometimes all in the same day.
Even the smallest tasks can suddenly feel overwhelming.
If you’re grieving someone you love right now, please be gentle with yourself.
🤍 Eat when you can.🤍 Rest when you need to.🤍 Step outside for some fresh air.🤍 Say their name.🤍 Cry if you need to.🤍 And on the days where all you’ve managed to do is simply get through the day, that is enough.
There’s no “right” way to grieve.
Over the years, we’ve met so many families who felt they had to stay strong for everyone else, but the truth is, asking for help is strength too.
You do not have to carry grief on your own we are here for you 🤍
