I’m so excited to be collaborating with the wonderful Fabulook Fitness Uk and Cambridge Beauty Academy in Arrington for a very special evening dedicated to rest, relaxation and YOU. 💗

Join me for a beautiful guided meditation and relaxation experience, giving you the opportunity to switch off from the outside world, quiet your mind and simply breathe. 🧘‍♀️✨

As a Reiki Master Teacher, my September Reiki Reset treatment is designed to give you a full 75 minutes dedicated entirely to your wellbeing — a calm, restorative space where your body can finally exhale.

Reiki has been scientifically researched and shown to activate the parasympathetic system — the part of your nervous system responsible for deep rest, repair and recovery. It’s one of the reasons Reiki is widely used within the NHS as a supportive complementary therapy.

This treatment can be wonderfully helpful if you’re experiencing:
Stress or emotional overwhelm
Anxiety or tension
Poor sleep or restless nights
Low energy levels or feeling drained
Feeling off‑balanced or “not quite yourself”
Fatigue, illness recovery or post‑injury healing

The weather might be scorching but the fans are working overtime keeping my wellness room at a comfortable temperature.

Today - I’ve had a Time for Two treatment for 2 lovely ladies which included an empowering guided meditation, mini foot and scalp massages, oracle cards and herbal tea.

Next up - a full monty Reiki session including psychic surgery, pendulum chakra assessment and oracle card reading.
