🥁✨ What a beautiful morning we had at the care home today! ✨🥁

We were so lucky to spend the morning with the wonderful residents, sharing music, laughter, connection and a little bit of magic.

There were smiles all around as residents joined in with the drumming, singing along, moving to the rhythm and simply enjoying being together. 🥁🎶

It was so lovely to see everyone getting involved in their own way, some drumming with enthusiasm, some singing their hearts out, and others simply soaking up the atmosphere. Every smile and every moment of connection made our morning so special.

We finished our session with a gentle Reiki relaxation, creating a peaceful space to unwind, breathe and simply be. 🌿✨

For us, it’s about so much more than drumming. It’s about bringing people together, creating joy, encouraging connection and helping everyone feel part of something.

A huge thank you to the residents and wonderful staff for welcoming us so warmly. We left with our hearts feeling very full. 💕🥁

We can’t wait to come back! ✨

Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference. 💗

A smile. A kind word. A moment of really seeing someone.

We never truly know what someone else may be carrying beneath the surface. A little compassion can bring comfort, connection and a gentle reminder that they’re not alone.

And sometimes, we need to offer that same kindness to ourselves too.

Be kind. Be gentle. You never know how much someone might need it today. ❤️

✨ I’m feeling so grateful for the lovely feedback I’ve received over the last few days. 🥰

One client came to see me and in conversation before her session informed me she had sprained her ankle. During her Reiki session, I spent some extra time focusing on her ankle. Afterwards, she messaged me saying:

“No idea what you did, but my foot feels so much better since seeing you. Magic hands. 🙏”

Another client texted me this morning to say:

“I’ve established Reiki helps sleep last for 3 weeks.” 💜✨

Every person’s experience with Reiki is unique, but it’s always so heartwarming to hear how clients feel after their sessions.
