🌿 The Healing Power of Feeling Safe 🌿

One of the most beautiful things I witness in Reiki sessions is how the body begins to soften when it feels safe.

Our nervous systems are constantly responding to the world around us. When we experience stress, overwhelm, or emotional strain, the body can remain in a protective state for much longer than it needs to.

Healing often begins when we are met with:

✨ Compassionate listening
✨ Gentle energy
✨ A space free from judgment

These simple yet powerful experiences can help the nervous system shift from survival mode into a state of rest, balance, and restoration.

During a Reiki session, there is nothing you need to fix, force, or figure out. The invitation is simply to pause, receive, and allow your body and mind the opportunity to reconnect with their natural state of harmony.
