After a short break, I am back with my reflexology Mondays (and other days too 😜).
I treated one of my lovely regular clients this morning to help with her pain and mobility and it was safe to say she felt 100% better after her treatment!

🌟 I'M QUALIFIED 👣
A very exciting first post of 2021! Towards the end of last year, I officially qualified as a level 5 Clinical Reflexologist 🎉
Whilst we remain in Tier 5, I can't practice just yet, but I have already been working behind the scenes to set up my new venture and hopefully I'll be able to treat very soon!

I just need to take a moment to thank all my case studies for their feet and help over the past year, and also to thank my wonderful husband, friends and family for their love and support too, especially whilst we went in and out of lockdown!

As soon as we get the green light I will be offering covid secure treatment appointments, so please get in touch for more information and to book a session!

Mondays are my reflexology day! And I have a day full of lovely case-study clients to treat today ☺️

Practising reflexology not only gives some me-time for my clients, but it also helps them to relax and recharge and start the week in a positive frame of mind.

👣 WORLD REFLEXOLOGY WEEK 🏵️
Today marks the start of World Reflexology Week!
And I've seen 2 clients already! One of which was a NEPIP treatment, something as a level 5 practitioner I have been taught and will be able to offer once I qualify, which is very soon!

During this week, I plan to post some of the many different benefits of reflexology treatments!

🌈WELLNESS WEDNESDAY👣
This evening was a lovely reflexology session with my client. It was great completing the treatment and having a catch up in the garden with my sunflowers 🌻

Being able to complete treatments in the garden has given a new grounding experience to my reflexology that I think my clients have enjoyed.
