Domestic abuse can happen to anyone. Help is available.
Domestic abuse is any pattern of controlling, coercive, threatening or violent behaviour by a partner, ex partner, family member or carer. It can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender or background.
Domestic abuse can include:�• Physical abuse�• Psychological or emotional abuse�• Coercive and controlling behaviour�• Financial or economic abuse�• Sexual abuse�• Technology-facilitated abuse�• Harassment and stalking
If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic abuse, you are not alone.
