Carol dancing ! We have worked closely with Carol's family and her physio to keep Carol's mobility up. She lost her mobility in December but now up and about with a little support at Bright Adult Day Care we are happy to encourage mobility.

We has a lovely day at our local canal. Ray on the right used to fish the canal and David lived on a narrow boat for a few years. Community ties remembered and maintain here at Bright Adult Day Care.

We also kept our fitness up with some gentle 10 pin bowling. A way of keeping muscles and joints moving.

A trip out to Hilltop Garden Centre maily to their air-conditioned cafe. A lovely ladies day out we also headed to Hillmorton Locks unfortunately they were closed due to the heat 🥵 so we had ice cream at home. We visited one of our clients new home at Farmers Court where we were made very welcome, we will definitely arrange another visit. Combining community!

At Bright Adult Day Care today we started our decorations for our summer 🥳 party this year theme is the great Gatsby the roaring 20s! watch this space. A bit of dancing to ABBA too, and 10 pin bowling. Thankfully in an air conditioning unit. Phew!
