Have you noticed your horse or dog feeling a little stiff, not moving as freely?

Whether they’re in regular training and competition, enjoying long hacks and walks, increasing their workload, or simply getting older, changes in routine, activity levels, or age can all lead to muscle tightness, soreness, and reduced mobility.

Minnie recently attended her veterinary recheck appointment following her surgery for IVDD. I’m so pleased to share that the veterinary team were extremely happy with her progress.

Minnie and her owner have both been working incredibly hard with her rehabilitation programme. Their commitment to her home exercises, alongside Minnie’s dedication during her physiotherapy sessions, has played a huge role in her recovery and the progress she has made so far💙

As a result of her fantastic progress, Minnie has now been cleared to increase the duration of her walks while continuing with her rehabilitation plan🐾

Today I had the pleasure of treating the gorgeous Edgar!💙

He was carrying a lot of tension in some areas, so today’s session focused on helping him relax, release, and feel more comfortable✨

I think it’s safe to say he enjoyed himself - those sleepy eyes say it all💤💙

Third session with Minnie yesterday following her IVDD surgery🐾💙

Her progress so far has been incredible, and she continues to get stronger with every session🐾

In yesterday’s session, we included some proprioceptive track work to help improve her body awareness, coordination, and confidence with movement during her rehabilitation journey🐾

Rociera has recently been brought back into work, and her owner wanted to ensure she was feeling comfortable, balanced, and at her best.
