What are these odd looking cups?

Here let me explain…

Massage cupping is a gentle therapy that uses suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues rather than applying downward pressure like traditional massage. This unique technique can help with various things;

Increasing blood circulation
Releasing muscle tension and tight fascia
Improving mobility and range of motion
Encourage lymphatic drainage
Also promote relaxation and recovery!

Massage cupping involves gliding the cups across the skin with oil (you can learn about our oil in a previous post!) creating a soothing decompression effect that many clients find deeply relieving.
