Hi everyone! I'm Jade and I offer a convenient mobile blood test service from the comfort of your own home, or workplace.
𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮'𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱: Rugby, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Coventry and the surrounding villages.
𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀: Starts from £15 per home visit.
𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱: CQC Registered, Fully Insured, and DBS Checked.
𝗔𝗴𝗲: Open to anyone over the age of 12.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀:
𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: I deliver your samples safely to the lab at either George Eliot Hospital or City of Coventry Health Centre, and the results go straight back to the requestor.
𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝘀: If you have a private test that needs posting, I can take the sample and post it for you.
𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁: Please have your relevant paperwork or blood test forms ready for your appointment.
𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 & 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 8am - 5:30pm (Keep an eye on this page for any schedule updates!)
