✨ Today I had the privilege of carrying out a full body holistic massage for a Myton Hospice referral here at Purity.

This is something that really means a lot to me. Over the years I’ve supported different charities in this way, and I’m so glad to be able to continue giving back again.

Since Purity opened last year, they’ve offered this scheme completely free of charge for Myton patients, carers, and hospice workers. It’s a chance to stop, pause, and just breathe. A chance to feel like yourself again, rather than being defined by illness, caring responsibilities, or daily challenges.

I’m honoured to be part of this journey and grateful to create space for calm, healing and humanity 💙

🌿 This Morning’s First Pilates Class 🌿

This morning I ran my very first Pilates session for the Purity team before they opened for the day. It was great to see everyone getting involved, moving their bodies and starting the day with some positive energy.

From September I will be running weekly Pilates classes at Purity, combined with one massage per month as part of a new Wellness Membership.

This is a fantastic way to improve your strength, flexibility and posture, while also taking time out each month for essential body maintenance.

Membership prices will be announced soon and spaces will be limited, so keep an eye out if you would like to join us.
